The mission of the Employment Department of Grace Baptist College is to help every student who needs employment to find a job that will enable them to remain current with their school bill. With 340 employment opportunities, we work with our students to point them in the right direction. From having a job fair the opening week of school, to weekly email updates, we do our best to provide an opportunity for the students to meet their needs. Although we do not guarantee immediate employment for every student, we do guarantee that our Employment Department will help each student in their effort to find the right job.

I understand the needs of a student and the worries of a parent. Before coming on staff at Grace Baptist College I sent two of my children to Gaylord to receive an outstanding education but they also needed employment to help with their school bill. Grace Baptist College is a local church ministry (Ecclesiastical Corporation) of Grace Baptist Church of Gaylord, Michigan, and is not, and has no intention of ever becoming, a liberal arts college. The sole purpose of Grace Baptist College is to train Christians to serve in the ministries of local New Testament churches of like faith and practice. Grace Baptist College is not licensed or approved by the State of Michigan and does not guarantee that any of its degrees or credits will be recognized by any other institution. Grace Baptist College is not accredited by any person, organization, or government agency. While Grace Baptist College is not accredited, the course of instruction and the individual classes are widely accepted by fundamental colleges and mission boards as college-level work.
